4egg yolk
40gall purpose flour
40galmond flour

Instructions
Melt chocolate pieces or drops in a large water bath.

Add sugar and let dissolve, then add butter and let melt

Separate eggs in advance and stir the yolks into the mixture.

Mix sifted flour and almond semolina with the chocolate mixture by the tablespoonful.
40 g all purpose flour
40 g almond flour
Whip the egg whites with a stand mixer and then fold into the mixture one spoonful at a time.

Pour mixture into any greased mold or molds and place in oven preheated to 180 °C.
